Who we are
CareCurator ("we," "us," "our") is building a shared app to help families coordinate care for a loved one. This page explains what information we collect when you join our early access waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Right now, the only information we collect through this site is:
- Email address — when you submit the "Get early access" form.
We don't collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any health or care-related data at this stage — there's no app yet, just a waitlist.
How we use your information
We use your email address only to:
- Send you a one-time confirmation message when you join the waitlist.
- Notify you when early access to CareCurator is ready.
- Occasionally share meaningful updates about what we're building (not marketing spam).
Third-party services
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our waitlist and send emails. Your email address is stored with Kit under their own privacy and security practices. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or sell access to Kit's platform beyond what's needed to run our waitlist.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties.
- We do not use your information for advertising or ad targeting.
- We will not add care recipient or health-related data to this list — that only happens inside the product itself, under a separate policy, once it exists.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at hello@carecurator.app to be removed from the waitlist at any time, and we'll delete your email address from our systems.
Data retention
We keep waitlist email addresses only for as long as CareCurator remains in pre-launch, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
Changes to this policy
As we move from waitlist to an actual product, this policy will change substantially to cover the data an app like CareCurator would handle — including care recipient information — and we'll notify waitlist members when that happens.
